At 59 years old, necessity became the mother for this invention. Because 2 magazines into a day at the range and I was packing it in. So, I looked down at the object of my pain and it hit me. M198 Howitzer... if they have a recoil device, why can't I? So I did some bench work.
And,, an increase in accuracy as a side affect. At 100 yards, my old stock had the reticle rise out of view. With my recoil stock.... it barely climbs at all.

I had a continuous impact of 4.5 lbs And as I got older, it hurt just thinking about going back to my old Buffer Assembly/Stock
